Following the tractor run, we will kick off the running at 12:45 with our ever-popular and high-energy ‘Dash’ which is open to children up to the age of 6 (school year 2).
At 13:00, it’s the ‘Childrens’ 1 Mile’ (ages up to school year 6), with a short loop through to the north of town through a lovely wood with a grandstand finish down our high street.
Setting off shortly after at 13:05 is our ‘4K’ open to anyone from year 7 upwards; this takes in a local loop on quiet country roads with an amazing view across Ryedale and the town before the fast descent to the finish. The cherry on the top is the finish down our high street with cheering crowds on both sides. Teams are encouraged to enter, and fancy dress for teams is encouraged! Special category prizes for first team, and best team fancy dress.
At 14:00 we start the main event – the Kirkbymoorside 10k.
